Maintaining a separate register of Oxygen Treatment Providers - Centres of excellence that meet the highest standards and that qualify to carry the OTA official mark of approval. In this way the public can easily recognise quality and safety.
Establishing an external and independent complaints process to raise concerns about our members and disciplinary procedures to ensure compliance.

Raising Awareness
